A former federal prosecutor, he represents clinical laboratories and other healthcare providers in government enforcement actions related to the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act of 2018 (EKRA), among other federal and state healthcare laws.
